We are looking forward to welcoming the ORFEUS/EPOS/Geo-INQUIRE communities in Helsinki for a joint event that will couple a Geo-INQUIRE workshop and training on Large-N seismology and the celebrations of the centennial of instrumental seismology in Finland, under the umbrella of the ORFEUS annual observatory meeting & workshop 2024.

Registration: The registration phase will close by 18 August or when the maximum capacity of 100 attendees is reached, whichever comes first. Please register here.

Participation is free of charge. The maximum number of participants is tentatively set to 100/day including the organizers, speakers and trainers. Travel grants will be available via Geo-INQUIRE and ORFEUS funds to subsidise the travel and accommodation expenses of qualified participants. The procedure to apply for travel grants is specified in the registration form.

The recipients of travel grants will be informed by the first week of September at the latest, thus allowing the timely purchase of plane/train tickets and booking of accommodations.

All participants (organisers, speakers, trainers, attendees) are expected to organise their travels independently. Grantees will be reimbursed after the workshops (please find more details in the registration form).
